Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to kickstart their journey in Human Resources. You'll be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and helping build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Preparing candidates documents for client submission.
  • Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Collaborate with senior HR team members on recruitment strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
