Customer Service & B2B Sales Officer – Cosmetics Manufacturing

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries (B2B clients).
  • Present and explain the company's cosmetics manufacturing and private label services.
  • Provide initial information regarding MOQ, pricing ranges, certifications, and production process.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • Accurately record customer data using computer systems / CRM.
  • Manage objections professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Quality).
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or B2B Sales, preferably in manufacturing or cosmetics.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presented, polite, and professional.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cosmetics or factory-based environments.
  • Knowledge of Private Label manufacturing.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems.
