Qiddiya Investment Company is revolutionizing entertainment in Saudi Arabia, aiming to be the first Global City of Play.  We're seeking a driven leader to become our Head of Construction Delivery, a strategic role overseeing the development of Qiddiya's groundbreaking Commercial Office Campus. This flagship project will redefine global workplace innovation and productivity.

The role requires a blend of construction leadership and future-focused workplace strategy, creating a campus that will become an international standard for commercial development.

As a key member of the Office Delivery team, the Head of Commercial Office Delivery will manage the simultaneous construction of multiple commercial buildings, ensuring the successful delivery of premium commercial spaces incorporating cutting-edge workplace technologies and leading sustainability features.

• Lead and manage the entire delivery process for commercial office projects, ensuring alignment with the company's Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Qiddiya's Commercial Campus, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives
• Oversee multiple commercial building developments simultaneously, managing budgets exceeding $500M
• Establish and lead high-performing project delivery teams, including direct reports and contracted resources
• Work closely with the Development Team to create and implement construction strategies that incorporate cutting-edge workplace technologies, sustainability features, and future-proof design elements
• Create and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
• Drive the integration of smart building technologies and digital infrastructure across all office projects
• Implement innovative construction methodologies and modern methods of construction (MMC) to enhance efficiency
• Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives and wellness features throughout the development
• Lead the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital twin technologies
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies across the development portfolio
• Drive quality control processes that ensure delivery of premium-grade commercial spaces
• Establish best-in-class delivery frameworks that can be replicated across future commercial developments
• Act as the key interface between construction operations and senior leadership strategic goals and vision.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operational teams to develop comprehensive project plans and facilitate effective execution.
• Implement best practices and standardized processes to enhance efficiency and achieve project milestones successfully.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, taking corrective action as necessary to maintain alignment with project goals.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and present periodic project reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the delivery team.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with relevant professional memberships (PMP, MRICS)
• Minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate construction, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ($200M+) commercial office developments
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong knowledge of modern workplace design and smart building technologies
• Proficiency in project controls and digital construction tools
• Understanding of sustainable construction practices and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead project delivery teams
• Excellence in stakeholder management at all levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with an innovation mindset
• Middle East experience preferred but not mandatory
