About The Role
Are you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for aviation and a proven track record in delivering operational excellence across global networks?

In this role, you will lead strategic procurement activities for airport operations, including airport services, ground handling, and cargo handling across Riyadh Air's global network. You will work closely with senior operations stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure the seamless delivery of essential operational services.

Your key responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance. You will oversee competitive sourcing processes (RFQs, RFIs, RFPs), manage budgets, and leverage data analytics to identify cost-optimization opportunities.

In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, and Airport Operations to ensure procurement compliance, supplier accountability, and alignment with regulatory and safety standards. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence the efficiency and reliability of Riyadh Air's global operations.

About You
You have a bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred), Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in airport operations, aviation, or consulting.

You bring hands-on experience in sourcing complex operational services, managing vendor performance, and leading negotiations that deliver commercial and operational value. Familiarity with aviation regulations, stakeholder engagement, and the use of procurement tools and systems are key to success in this role.
