Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate and group sales across multiple properties managed by Suknai Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia. The role requires developing new business opportunities, managing existing corporate accounts, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in hospitality sales within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute cluster-wide sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
· Maintain and grow a strong corporate client portfolio (corporate file load).
· Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers across sectors.
· Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and site inspections with potential clients.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for room nights and revenue.
· Collaborate closely with revenue, operations, and marketing teams to align goals.
· Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
· Participate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
· Train and mentor junior sales executives as needed.
· Ensure all sales activities are aligned with Suknai's brand standards and goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry.
· Hotel sales experience within Saudi Arabia is required.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
· Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
· Ability to travel frequently between properties and regions.
· Strong understanding of market trends and corporate client behavior in KSA.
· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
