Role Description

EWAA Hotels is seeking a full-time Hotel Sales Executive for our property in the Riyadh Region. This on-site role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and securing sales opportunities, and working collaboratively with the team to meet revenue goals. Responsibilities also include promoting EWAA Hotels' services to corporate and individual clients, crafting personalized proposals, coordinating sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality sector, including an understanding of hotel operations, conference, and events management.
  • Proficiency in communication skills, proposal writing, and delivering presentations to clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and achieve targets efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling corporate clients or similar roles in hospitality is preferred.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
