About the Role:

Services Desk Manager

Core Purpose of the job:

To resolve all Operating System, Hardware, Networking and Other IT Service-related issues in respective areas by coordination, facilitation and support new IT systems and services.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer since or information technology.
  • 5-7 years of experience gained in IT service delivery with 4 years of Team Leading Services experience.
  • Practical experience with ITIL framework and ITSM tools.
  • ServiceNow knowledge is preferable.
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
