Business Development Specialist/Executive

Identify and targetnew outbound business opportunities through field visits, events, cold calls,and referrals.Attend networkingevents, conferences, and business gatherings to represent Proven professionallyand confidently.Setup and conductclient meetings to understand requirements and propose the right Provensolutions (EOR, outsourcing, recruitment services).Manage and maintain ahealthy sales pipeline in CRM with accurate updates and follow -ups.Work closely with theinternal BD team to coordinate proposals and follow the full sales cyclethrough closing.Understand Saudimarket dynamics and stay updated on trends in outsourcing, HR, and recruitment.Achieve monthly and quarterly activity targets.Complete and maintain the vendor registration process fornew clients.Prepare the responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI's. RequirementsBachelor's degree from a reputed university.1–4 years of experience in business development or field sales (HR servicesexperience is a plus, not mandatory)Goodcommand of MS Office and CRM systems.Strong Arabic communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and articulate.Thick -skinned, persistent, and hungry for results. Rejection doesn't slow you down. Comfortable attending events, walking into offices, making cold introductions.
