Job Title: Area Manager – Food & Beverage

Location: Jeddah/ Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee sales, distribution, and operations across multiple outlets within the riyadh/jeddah region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the food & beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team across the assigned region, including supervisors, pre-sellers, and merchandisers.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
  • Implement effective route-to-market strategies for retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
  • Oversee cooler and asset management, product availability, and merchandising standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to evaluate execution, identify issues, and support team members.
  • Analyze regional sales reports and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments for operational alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi retail/FMCG landscape, particularly in Jeddah and Western Region.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, team leadership, and trade marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is a plus.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
