As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and fostering client relationships. Additionally, you play a crucial role in representing the company at events, showcasing products or services, and establishing a strong presence to attract potential clients and partners.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the real estate market
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients
- Understanding client requirements and accordingly briefing potential investors about the significance of the property
- Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences
- Utilize market research to develop effective sales strategies and stay competitive in the real estate industry
- Personally, handle key client accounts and complex negotiations
- Assist the team in negotiating and closing high-value real estate transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
- Capability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
- Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Thrives in a dynamic and competitive real estate environment
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
- Fluency in English
