A leading ServiceNow partner is expanding its IRM practice and is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with deep expertise across Integrated Risk Management. This is a hands-on, high-impact role delivering enterprise-grade IRM solutions for major clients in Saudi Arabia.

You'll work closely with architects, process consultants and senior stakeholders to design and build scalable IRM implementations that drive real business value. If you enjoy complex delivery, problem solving and shaping best practice, this role gives you the platform to do it at scale.

What you will do


• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across ServiceNow IRM, including design, configuration and integrations


• Translate business and compliance requirements into robust IRM solutions


• Configure key IRM modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk Management and Regulatory Change


• Develop custom apps, scripts and automation aligned to best practice


• Support client workshops, technical deep dives and solution walkthroughs


• Ensure quality, performance and governance across all technical deliverables


• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development

What you need


• Strong experience delivering ServiceNow IRM implementations


• Deep understanding of IRM capabilities, data models and best practice


• Hands-on scripting ability (JavaScript, Glide APIs)


• Experience working across complex enterprise environments


• Strong stakeholder communication, technical problem solving and consulting skills


• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS IRM, CAD or similar are highly desirable
