Job Summary:

We're looking for a
Vendor Management & Reporting Specialist
to support our team in
Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities :


• Maintain and update vendor information to ensure system accuracy and compliance.


• Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding processes.


• Process vendor invoices and coordinate timely payments through SAP.


• Monitor and analyze vendor performance, delivery quality, and compliance.


• Prepare vendor performance and spend analysis reports for decision-making.


• Support contract lifecycle activities, including renewals and compliance checks.


• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth operations.


• Identify and implement improvements in vendor management workflows.
