OSS/BSS Project Manager Role in Dammam –

The Project Manager - OSS/BSS is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and successfully. The project manager will manage several projects simultaneously related to data conversions, system enhancements, and implementations for the entire OSS/BSS stack with all parts of the of the project lifecycle being accounted for: planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires a passionate self-starter who can successfully engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What you will do:

  • Determine and define project scope, timelines, and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach project deliverables based on scope of work, budget, and timeline
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and team members to align project expectations, requirements, and status.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and drive vendors to execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Attending all project related calls, daily stand ups, weekly updates, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for platform enhancements to support improving business processes and enhanced customer experience.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience seeing projects through full life cycle.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • 10+ years' experience in the telecommunications industry in OSS/BSS implementations.
  • Ability to collaborate professionally and efficiently within all levels across the entire enterprise.
  • Ability to maintain vendor relationships and drive vendors to execute work in a timely manner.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively.
  • A leader – someone who can drive conversations and decisions being made on time
