Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Applications Support Expert to ensure the stability, performance, and resilience of our enterprise applications in live production environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, proactive incident management, and the ability to lead and build high-performing support teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate production applications to guarantee availability and stability.
  • Analyze logs and errors using ELK, and prepare incident reports.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters (Pods, Deployments, Scaling).
  • Operate and monitor VMs, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Ensure performance and reliability of RabbitMQ and Redis services.
  • Administer and track resources across Azure and OCI platforms.
  • Respond rapidly to incidents and resolve them efficiently.
  • Document operational procedures and drive continuous improvement.
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues.
  • Lead and mentor technical support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis, ELK, Azure, OCI.
  • Strong ability to read and analyze system logs.
  • Solid background in Linux, virtualization, and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Leadership capability to establish and guide support teams.
