Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager, who is adept at supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution. This role is critical in coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and enabling effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Assistant Project Manager role is to drive and support project planning, execution, and closure effectively. This involves timely coordination of tasks, proactive schedule management, and fostering open communication within the project team and stakeholders. Additionally, tracking project progress, assisting in budget management, and ensuring project completion within the defined scope are integral parts of this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects
  • Coordinate tasks among project team members and stakeholders
  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Enable effective communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Utilize project management tools effectively for efficient task management
  • Track project progress and assist in budget management
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
