We are seeking a highly experienced Architect / Fit-out Engineer to join our team for a major fit-out project based in Riyadh. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-end architectural and interior fit-out work, working closely with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural and fit-out engineering scope: from concept through to detailed design, construction, commissioning and handover.
  • Develop and review architectural drawings, fit-out shop drawings, technical specifications, materials schedules, finishes, FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment).
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire safety, acoustics and interior design disciplines to ensure full integration of fit-out work.
  • Ensure compliance with local Saudi building codes, KSA fit-out standards, quality standards, health & safety and sustainable building practices.
  • Monitor construction progress, perform site inspections, quality assurance, snagging, and final handover.
  • Conduct value engineering, cost control, risk mitigation and schedule management for fit-out scope.
  • Prepare and Monitor project schedule, track milestones, coordinate with subcontractors to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks, ensure materials and workshops comply with standards.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture with full professional accreditation.
  • Minimum
    10 years'
    proven experience in architectural design and fit-out engineering (commercial / high‐end interiors / corporate offices / hospitality preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of fit-out processes (see for example: site supervision, interior construction, project management)
  • Experience in Riyadh/KSA or GCC region fit-out market is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent drawing, detailing and specification skills (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP, interior design).
  • Strong contract, commercial and procurement awareness for fit-out work.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder‐management, and language skills (English required; Arabic a plus).
