Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Catering Manager to lead food and beverage operations in our Al Khobar location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily catering activities, managing kitchen operations, coordinating with staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining excellent customer service. The Catering Manager will also develop client relationships, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Service and Catering operations
  • Strong skills in Food & Beverage management
  • Experience in Customer Service, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of Cooking and kitchen operations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering management
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management, or a related field is preferred
