We're Hiring: Maintenance Engineer (Minimum 5 Years Experience)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Industry: Fence Manufacturing.

Company: Hitech Fence and steel industry.

We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise and the ability to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial machines


• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues


• Maintain and repair equipment such as:


• Pneumatic compressors


• Hydraulic presses


• Cutting machines


• Welding machines


• Chain link fence manufacturing machines (experience in this is a strong plus)


• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime


• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and checklists


• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for machine optimization


• Ensure all safety protocols and maintenance procedures are followed


• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment


• Perform root-cause analysis for repeated breakdowns

Desired Skills & Qualifications


• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering


• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility


• Strong understanding of pneumatic & hydraulic systems


• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings & technical manuals


• Knowledge of welding, cutting, gear mechanisms, motors, and control panels


• Experience using maintenance tools, testing devices, and calibration equipment


• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency breakdowns


• Basic knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus

Additional Preferred Experience


• Familiarity with industrial fencing machines (chain link fence machine, barbed wire machine, etc.)


• Experience handling preventive maintenance schedules and spare part planning


• Understanding of electrical troubleshooting (breakers, contactors, relays, sensors)
