Role Description

This full-time position is for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Detailer, based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The MEP Detailer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for MEP systems within precast concrete structures. Responsibilities include interpreting design documents, coordinating with engineers and project teams, preparing 3D models, managing project-specific detailing tasks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, and other relevant design tools for technical drawing and 3D modeling tasks
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, as well as their integration into construction projects
  • Attention to detail, ability to produce precise technical drawings, and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
  • Knowledge of precast concrete design and construction is advantageous
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with engineering teams and project stakeholders
  • A degree or certification in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction or precast industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
