We are hiring a Method Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize construction methods and plans that ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance across ongoing projects. In this role, you'll translate technical drawings into actionable site plans, coordinate with project teams to align on materials and methods, and ensure smooth execution from planning to dismantling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review technical designs to determine material quantities and project specifications.
  • Study and analyze construction methods to develop efficient systems and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with construction managers to define installation procedures in line with standards.
  • Prepare and manage material rotation and dismantling (De-mop) plans across projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the use, relocation, and safety of scaffolding and formwork materials.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards and optimize resource utilization.
  • Support the issuance of purchase orders based on detailed method analyses.
  • Provide technical input to improve construction workflows and minimize delays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction methods or operations engineering.
  • Strong understanding of scaffolding, formwork, and material management.
  • Proficiency in technical design tools and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English communication and documentation ability.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections as required.
  • Full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
