Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. The Sales Engineer will combine technical expertise with persuasive communication to support the sales process. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing tailored technical solutions, performing technical demonstrations, ensuring seamless customer service, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve customer acquisition goals. The Sales Engineer will also assist with technical and operational inquiries to promote client success.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Sales Engineering, including technical presentations and customized solutions for clients
  • Experience in Technical Support, providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction and addressing technical inquiries
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Sales expertise, including the ability to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and support the sales process
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the Saudi procurement or tendering market is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred
