Position: Restaurant Supervisor / Senior Supervisor

Salary: SAR 3,750 to SAR 4,250 (Based on knowledge and skills) PLUS free shared accommodation, to and from work transportation, and 1 duty meal

Location: Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam, Riyadh

Job Description: The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality guest experiences, and adherence to the café's luxury standards. This role supports both the management and service teams, coordinating staff, monitoring service flow, and maintaining operational excellence. The Supervisor acts as a key point of contact for guests and ensures that every aspect of the dining experience reflects the brand's premium image.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, proper staff allocation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and mentor service staff, maintaining high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Monitor guest experiences, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring all guests receive personalized service.
  • Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Assist in implementing service standards, SOPs, and quality control measures throughout the restaurant.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow during peak hours to optimize operations.
  • Monitor inventory of service supplies and communicate requirements to management for restocking.
  • Conduct briefings and debriefings with staff before and after shifts to maintain consistent service.
  • Support special events, VIP guests, and private functions, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
  • Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and etiquette, representing the restaurant's premium brand.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role, preferably in fine dining or luxury cafés.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a guest-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and restaurant etiquette.
  • Professional appearance, grooming, and presence, suited for a high-end luxury environment.
