Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence across platforms. The successful candidate will manage our social media strategy, execute paid ad campaigns, and write high-converting content that builds engagement and attracts Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Design and execute targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze ad performance and adjust targeting for better ROI and lead generation.
  • Write engaging copy for posts, captions, stories, reels, email campaigns, landing pages, and event announcements.
  • Hand on experience for designing, to develop campaign content.
  • Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing,
  • Monitor community engagement and coordinate with customer service when needed.
  • Contribute to lead-generation strategies and marketing funnel development.

Digital Marketing

Proven experience in design managing paid campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)

Social Media

Deep understanding of content strategy, post frequency, formats (reels, stories, carousels)

Analytics

Ability to interpret insights from Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

Copywriting

Creative and persuasive writing in both English and Arabic

Marketing Tools

Familiar with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.

Project Management

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Teamwork

Ability to work well with creatives, educators, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing design and ad management.
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns or social media accounts managed.
  • Knowledge of the education or cultural sectors is a plus.
