Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Khobar, for a Business Specialist. The Business Specialist will take responsibility for analyzing business operations, developing strategic business plans, and ensuring excellent communication and collaboration across departments. Daily tasks involve improving workflows, identifying areas for growth, fostering client relationships, and enhancing customer experience. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to contribute to strategic decision-making, execute customer-focused initiatives, and provide industry insights to support business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to evaluate operations, identify opportunities, and drive improvements.
  • Solid foundation in Business and the ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration, engage stakeholders, and present insights clearly.
  • Customer Service experience and ability to maintain positive client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business operations, analysis, or related roles is an asset.
  • Familiarity with local business environments and sustainability practices is a plus.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in collaborative settings.
