About the Role

We are looking for a Project Analyst to join our Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in project execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. As a Project Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across Infinite pl, ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and enabling smooth coordination between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate tasks across teams and monitor progress to keep delivery on track.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support project decision-making.
  • Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations to track progress and communicate outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying risks or challenges and contribute to solutions that ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in project delivery and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
