As the Senior Manager in this position, you will oversee all aspects of mechanical engineering for residential developments, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and water systems. You will lead a talented team of engineers, collaborating closely with architects and project managers to design sustainable and high-quality mechanical solutions that enhance the living experience of future residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of mechanical systems for residential projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical design processes from concept through to construction, including detailed design, shop drawing approval, and installation oversight.
- Guide and mentor the engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional development.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, structural teams, and external consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for mechanical engineering activities on residential projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing engineering teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and industry practices relevant to residential mechanical engineering.
