Role:

The 
DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer
 is responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our fintech platform. This includes automating CI/CD pipelines, managing production and staging environments, monitoring system performance, and implementing cybersecurity best practices in line with SAMA regulatory requirements. The engineer will collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to streamline releases, resolve infrastructure issues proactively, and support the continuous delivery of reliable financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a secure and scalable infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, and cloud services).
  • Manage and configure production and staging environments.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
  • Apply best practices in cybersecurity and ensure compliance with SAMA regulatory requirements.
  • Automate deployment and maintenance processes using CI/CD tools.
  • Collaborate closely with development and security teams to ensure stability and continuity of services.
  • Develop CI/CD Pipelines
    : Create and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AzureDevops
  • Infrastructure as Code
    : Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar DevOps role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platform Alibaba.
  • Solid understanding of networking, database administration, and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
  • Experience with monitoring tools and deployment automation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and financial industry standards (SAMA experience is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong team player mindset.
