Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, manage restaurant staff, and maintain quality standards. Key duties include supervising team performance, assisting with hiring and training, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and addressing customer concerns. The role also involves collaborating with the leadership team to achieve operational goals and sustain a positive dining atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in staff Hiring, training, and development
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and industry trends
- Leadership capabilities with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges
- Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
