On behalf of our client we are looking for an Operations Director to join their team in Riyadh. Job Summary  ​ The Operations Director supports the COO inmanaging the operational performance of the Holding educational investmentsand internal support functions. The role focuses on service quality assurance,operational process optimization, and driving operational initiatives alignedwith ISRAR's growth, digitalization, and customer experience goals. Responsibilities:1. Operational ExcellenceImplementationExecute the operational strategy defined by the COO across ISRAR's platform of schools, colleges, training centers, and EdTech assets.Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives at the asset level.2. Operational PerformanceMonitoringTrack and report operational KPIs, including service levels, resource utilization, and academic/operational support metrics.Develop and implement operational dashboards for business units.3. Facilities and Support ServicesOversightOversee the management of facility operations, maintenance, safety, and support services across ISRAR's portfolio.Manage third -party vendors for facility services, IT infrastructure, security, and support services.4. Quality Assurance and ComplianceImplement operational quality standards and SLAs.Support regulatory accreditation initiatives (e.g., MoE licensing, NCAAA standards).5. Operational Risk ManagementIdentify operational risks and support mitigation planning and execution.Ensure business continuity plans and emergency response strategies are implemented across sites.6. Team and Stakeholder EngagementLead a team of operations managers, site supervisors, and QA officers.Foster strong collaboration between operations and academic management teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Education Administration;Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred.12+ years of operational management experience, preferably in education, healthcare, or service industries.Proventrack record of driving operational improvements across multi -siteinstitutions.
