**Job Description**:
Our client: A well-renowned packaging company firm is looking to hire a director of operations based in Saudi.

Your Role: Responsible for the leadership and performance of companies manufacturing, supply chain and logistics operations. To ensure the business operations performance and capability supports the achievement of the near and long-term strategic objectives and ensuring that the operations are run to lean manufacturing disciplines with a continuous improvement objective.

Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent Engineering. Minimum of 12 years in senior operations leadership positions in rigid plastics conversion industry. Deep knowledge of plastic industry along with deep knowledge of extrusion and plastic conversion equipment.
