Job Objective:

Drive sales and client acquisition for
Points App
, a Saudi loyalty platform that enables customers to earn and redeem points across a wide network of merchants (restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, pharmacies, fuel stations, and e-commerce platforms). The role focuses on acquiring
large enterprises and major retail chains
, positioning the platform as a strategic marketing tool to increase sales, attract new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with large enterprises and national/regional retail chains.
  • Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies and outreach plans targeting key corporate clients.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and clearly communicate the strategic value of
    Points App
    for driving loyalty and sales growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients to ensure retention and recurring revenue.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to design and adapt solutions that meet enterprise client needs.
  • Gather and report market and client insights to support product development and refine the go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, exhibitions, and executive-level meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, loyalty, or digital platforms.
  • Strong track record of closing deals with
    large enterprises and corporate clients
    in sectors such as F&B, retail, and services.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi market and the ability to engage with national chains and top-tier brands.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Existing network within enterprise and corporate sectors is a strong plus.
