Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Makkah. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and security systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of infrastructure components that support critical business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and network systems.
  • Manage and optimize on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain robust cybersecurity controls and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness across infrastructure layers.
  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and reports.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in networking, cloud computing, and data protection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and management.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, storage systems, and digital security.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies and system administration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Preferred certifications: CCNP, VMware, Azure, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
