Enterprise Architecture Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and detail‑oriented Enterprise Architecture Specialist to support the development, maintenance, and governance of the organization's enterprise architecture landscape. The role focuses on applying NORA principles, supporting digital transformation initiatives, documenting architecture layers, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance architecture maturity and achieve compliance with national enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and documentation of enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and technology layers.
  • Apply
    NORA
    principles and contribute to achieving required maturity levels as defined by the Digital Government Authority.
  • Participate in architecture assessments, gap analyses, and capability evaluations.
  • Contribute to architecture roadmaps, standards, and governance models.
  • Assist in evaluating system integration requirements and documenting integration points.
  • Collaborate with digital transformation teams to ensure architecture alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update architecture repositories using approved EA tools.
  • Ability to work with various types of Enterprise Architecture tools and platforms, ensuring accurate modeling and documentation.
  • Prepare diagrams, models, and documentation to support decision‑making.
  • Provide input for improving architecture practices and increasing organizational architecture maturity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    3 years of experience
    in enterprise architecture or related IT architecture roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, architecture layers, and governance practices.
  • Familiarity with
    NORA
    framework and national enterprise architecture requirements.
  • Experience in digital transformation, system integration, or architecture modeling is an advantage.
  • Preferred certifications: TOGAF, NORA, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
