Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator based in Riyadh with Architecture background. The BIM Coordinator will oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and ensure coordination among project teams across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the BIM model, troubleshooting design conflicts, ensuring adherence to standards, collaborating with project managers, and supporting project delivery workflows. The role also involves conducting quality checks for BIM-related deliveries and engaging in continuous process improvements to optimize project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM Coordination, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and related tools
  • Strong knowledge of Architecture and MEP design disciplines
  • Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee multi-disciplinary team collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with construction sequencing, 4D/5D simulation, and COBie implementation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
