JOB PURPOSE:


• Support the Executive Housekeeper in implementing Jayasom's strategy and operational standards.


• Lead the HK team to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and asset care.


• Uphold Jayasom's wellness and sustainability culture by example.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations in line with Jayasom's standards.


• Lead and manage the HK attendants to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.


• Supervise room cycles, ensuring rooms are clean, well-prepared, and ready for arrivals—especially VIPs.


• Coordinate with all departments to maintain cleanliness, safety, and smooth guest experiences.


• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.


• Monitor maintenance issues, stock levels, and daily reports to ensure operational readiness.


• Maintain clear communication and detailed handovers between shifts.


• Ensure all guest areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


• BA in Hospitality Management (preferred) or equivalent


• Proven experience in a similar role


• Experience working with multicultural teams


• Pre-opening experience
