Assist in preparing the Category business plan in terms of internal & external data mining.
• Accountable for monthly, quarterly & yearly category sales to market & sellout share targets achievement for KSA or other gulf countries through periodic tracking report while setting the corrective action plans accordingly.
• Define perfect in-outlet execution for Shopper Marketing Activities, in line with guidelines set by the brand team (price, range & layout)
• Assist in overseeing the implementation of offline and online Shopper marketing activities in-line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor the execution of all supporting contractual & non-contractual marketing material including stands, Point of Purchase (POP), etc.....
• Assist in handling the Shopper Marketing Commercial Calendar in-line with the yearly business plan.
• Monitor promotion guidelines set by the Category Manager by brand/ pack, including promo mechanics, depth range, frequency, duration, display by outlet type (e.g., grocery, pharmacy/ hyper, super/ Large, Medium, Small Mini Market)
• Validate price fishing continuously and assist the category manager in setting corrective actions.
• Assist in generating strategic trade, category, and shopper insights (Periodically)
• Coordinate with Channel & Customer Marketing the roll-up of an accurate monthly & yearly sales forecast
