We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager (B&R) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and managing high-value contracts related to the Belt and Road initiative and other international infrastructure projects.

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals and the B&R initiative
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
• Manage complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Drive business development initiatives to expand our presence in the B&R ecosystem
• Assess and mitigate commercial risks associated with large-scale international projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and industry partners
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on commercial matters related to the B&R initiative
• Oversee a team of commercial professionals, fostering their growth and development

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on international infrastructure projects
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and risk management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of the Belt and Road initiative and its economic implications
• Demonstrated experience in business development within an international context
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as required for project management and business development
