Job Objective:

To support the day-to-day accounting operations by performing basic financial tasks, processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and review supporting documents
    required for financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare Journal Vouchers (JVs) and Payment Vouchers (PVs)
    in accordance with accounting procedures.
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
    transactions using Oracle or other ERP systems.
  • Update, maintain, and reconcile Customer and Supplier accounts
    , ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Assist in
    data entry, filing, document control, and maintaining organized financial files
    .
  • Support the accounting team with
    month-end closing activities
    , including preparing basic schedules and reconciliations.
  • Apply fundamental accounting principles
    within the scope of assigned tasks.
  • Perform
    any additional duties
    assigned by the Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) is an advantage.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
