Job Purpose:

To lead and manage all commercial and cost management activities for assigned projects, ensuring accurate estimation, effective financial control, contract administration, and value optimization in line with Takamul's standards and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manager project budgets, cost plans, and financial reporting throughout all project phases.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Review and approve variations, claims, and payment applications.
  • Implement cost management systems and standard procedures.
  • Conduct value engineering and life-cycle cost analysis to maximize project value.
  • Advise management on contractual and financial risks.
  • Prepare monthly commercial and cost reports for internal and client review.
  • Supervise and mentor cost engineers, QS, and commercial team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or Cost Management.
  • MRICS / FRICS or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
  • Minimum
    12–18 years
    of experience in cost/commercial management, including
    5 years in leadership
    .
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts and major Saudi/GCC projects.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
