  • The RX agent will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. This role involves a range of tasks, including greeting and assisting individuals, managing services through the Flow App including invoicing and finance control for neighbors, providing administrative support, and contributing to community engagement initiatives. Key duties include cross collaboration, addressing guest and/or resident inquiries and concerns, and managing administrative tasks such as paperwork organization and report preparation. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism in all interactions with residents and short-term stays, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Welcome, greet, and register neighbors efficiently, handling special requests and obtaining necessary payment information
  • Ensure that all services requested by neighbors are organized, clearly communicated, and completed in a timely manner, with proper follow-up
  • Handle service invoices and ensure payments are tracked and processed on time
  • Track and follow up on guest and neighbor comments and requests, ensuring all concerns are addressed and incidents are resolved, delivering an exceptional experience
  • Partner with the Leasing Team to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and assist with lease renewals as needed
  • Oversee the move-in process, including conducting onboarding sessions to introduce Flow's community-driven environment and lifestyle.
  • Manage the move-out process, ensuring all steps are completed and following up on the move-out checklist.
  • Adhere all guidelines, policies, and procedures, to deliver an authentic, Flow-branded experience for our neighbors.
  • Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed, public areas are spotless, and maintenance requests are addressed and completed.
  • Responsible for managing purchase orders related to property upkeep and operations.
  • Organize, curate, and advertise events in a timely manner, ensuring flyers are displayed in elevators and common areas, and the Flow App is updated with event details.
  • Post all relevant information and communications in the neighbor's WhatsApp group.
  • Complete all daily tasks before the end of the shift, including morning briefings, handovers, neighbor status updates, and arrival information.
  • Update all information in the system, ensuring accurate data is collected and properly reported.
Ideal Background
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, relevant experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
  • Skilled in managing several tasks simultaneously and setting priorities in a high-speed environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including reading, writing, Arabic is strongly preferred.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to use a variety of softwares. 
  • Experience in residential services or hospitality within a luxury environment preferred.
