An Engineering Consulting Office in Dammam is announcing a vacancy for a high-caliber Design Architect to join the team working on industrial projects.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Dammam. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design projects, ensuring integration with software development processes, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions. The role will include collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Senior Architect will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and other team members.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design & Drafting: Preparing architectural and coordination drawings for factory projects and industrial facilities.
  • Code Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to the Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements.
  • Coordination: Coordinating with the structural, mechanical, and electrical (MEP) departments to ensure design integration.
  • Bidding Support: Assisting in preparing quotations and Quantity Surveying (Bill of Quantities).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Software Proficiency: Mastery of Revit and Lumion software is essential.
  • Language: Good proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively within a team and handle work pressure.
