Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – Digital Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer – Digital Delivery to join our team and lead quality assurance efforts across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing, digital applications, and high-quality fintech product delivery. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and seamless user experience of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across web, mobile, and API platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams to analyze requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
  • Continuously enhance QA processes, automation coverage, and testing tools.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with fintech industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA with a focus on automation and digital platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
