Digital Delivery & Architecture Lead

UTEC is expanding its Technology & Digital Transformation function and is looking for a
Digital Delivery & Architecture Lead
to drive end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs while designing enterprise-level technology architectures that support our long-term strategy.

Role Overview

:

This role sits at the heart of our digital transformation landscape — overseeing delivery across SAP, MES, AI, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, IT/OT, IoT, Cloud, and Infrastructure initiatives, while ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Delivery Management

  • Lead project management for SAP, MES, AI, Cybersecurity, IT/OT, Cloud, and digital programs.
  • Develop project charters, risk registers, status reports, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor progress, budget, scope, quality, and vendor performance.


• Solution Architecture

  • Design high-level enterprise architectures ensuring scalability and seamless integration.
  • Create solution blueprints aligned with business processes and security standards.


• Project Execution & Governance

  • Drive end-to-end execution of digital transformation projects.
  • Lead milestone tracking, resource planning, and project reporting.
  • Support IT business continuity and testing plans.


• Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Coordinate with leadership, IT/OT, engineering, HR, and external vendors.
  • Implement organizational change management for technology adoption.


• Technology & Integration

  • Ensure alignment with IT/OT, cloud, and hybrid architecture standards.
  • Manage system integrators and ensure robust project controls.


• Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain project risk registers and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and sustainability teams.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Certifications:
    PMP/PRINCE2
    (required),
    TOGAF/Azure Architecture
    (required).
  • 12+ years of IT delivery and solution architecture experience.
  • Experience across ERP, MES, IT/OT, Cybersecurity, and SAP implementations.
