Syarah is a leading platform for buying and selling cars in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. We aim to simplify the car buying experience through technology, transparency, and excellent customer service.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to manage procurement activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services for the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
