About the Role

Elements Clinic in Riyadh is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Purchasing Officer
to manage the clinic's procurement operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of medical supplies, dermatology consumables, equipment, and operational materials needed for daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full purchasing cycle for medical supplies, consumables, skincare products, and clinic equipment.
  • Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast demand.
  • Track orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
  • Monitor stock usage and prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status.
  • Ensure all purchases meet clinic standards and align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice validation and timely payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in medical, aesthetic, or healthcare field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical consumables and dermatology supplies is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing/ERP systems.
