Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior BIM Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across complex projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality digital deliverables.

• Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
• Manage and optimize the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) tools to facilitate efficient project collaboration
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across all project phases
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows
• Implement and manage quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge BIM technologies and best practices within the organization
• Collaborate with global project teams to ensure consistent BIM implementation across diverse geographical locations
• Provide expert guidance on complex BIM-related issues and participate in high-level decision-making processes
• Develop and deliver BIM training programs to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM and digital delivery, with a proven track record in senior BIM management roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and Navisworks
• Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWise
• Strong background in 3D and 2D model deliverables for complex infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary projects with geographically dispersed teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing BIM strategies for large-scale projects
• Experience in establishing and managing quality assurance and control procedures for digital deliverables
• Knowledge of visual programming languages such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is preferred
• International experience working with global project teams is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to and drive innovation in rapidly evolving technological environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
