Job Title: Data Modeler (ERwin / Big Data Platform)

Job Location: KSA – On-site

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Data Modeler to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling using ERwin, with proven experience in telecom operational systems (CRM, Call Center, Billing, Network).

You'll play a key role in designing and maintaining enterprise data models that enable seamless integration, analytics, and reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with enterprise architecture.


• Use ERwin Data Modeler to manage data models across multiple domains.


• Translate business requirements from CRM, Billing, and Network systems into optimized data structures.


• Align data models with Cloudera Big Data Platform (Hive, Impala, HDFS) and real-time streaming (Kafka, Confluent).


• Collaborate with Data Architects, Engineers, and Analysts to support BI and analytics needs.


• Ensure data standards, governance, and documentation best practices are followed.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


• 8+ years of experience in data modeling with hands-on ERwin expertise.


• Strong background in telecom B2B/B2C data flows and operational systems.


• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.


• Experience with Cloudera, Kafka, and ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Spark, Python).


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:


• Exposure to cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP).


• Experience with data governance, MDM, or metadata tools.


• Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD for data projects.
