Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure compliance with Zakat, VAT, and other applicable tax laws and filings in KSA (GAZT/ZATCA).
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Support ERP implementation or upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or SOCPA is preferred).
  • Minimum 5 –7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within KSA or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.
  • Experience in working with ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
