Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Overview:

seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in delivering top-notch facility management services. The CEO will be responsible for the overall business strategy, operations, financial performance, and sustainable growth, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction across all service sectors.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement long-term strategy aligning with the Chairmans vision.
  • Identify and spearhead business expansion into residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Create new revenue streams and strategic partnerships to enhance market positioning.
  • Drive innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives including smart FM systems and energy efficiency programs.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery across all facility management functions.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, HSE, CAFM) and local regulations.
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems to improve asset performance and reduce costs.
  • Monitor performance through SLAs, KPIs, operational audits, and continuous improvement programs.

Financial Management

  • Lead budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability management.
  • Ensure positive cash flow, strong EBITDA, and contract profitability.
  • Approve major contracts, procurement agreements, and capital investments.
  • Present financial performance reports to the Chairman and Board.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, government entities, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and service quality.
  • Represent in executive meetings, tenders, partnerships, and industry events.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Establish corporate governance policies, risk management frameworks, and internal control systems.
  • Provide performance updates, risk assessments, and strategic plans to the Chairman.

People & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop executive and operational teams.
  • Implement performance management systems, KPIs, and succession plans.
  • Foster a culture of safety, service excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • years of progressive experience in facility management, real estate, or operations, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, maintenance systems, contract management, CAFM platforms, energy management, and sustainability practices.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, P&L management, and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
