Position: Director of Investor Engagement

Location: Remote/Flexible (GCC/MENA preferred)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive salary(deferred till funding with backpay for work completed prior to funding) + performance-based incentives + equity options

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Investor Engagement to lead our fundraising efforts. You will identify, outreach, and engage with funds, venture capital groups, private equity firms, and other capital providers to secure funding for our asset-bridging initiatives. Focusing on therapies with proven international track records, you will showcase our portfolio and negotiate deals that align with our model, including equity stakes (up to 39%), debt, hybrid structures, or alternative financing. Funding targets range from $10-45 million per asset to cover acquisition, regional setup, regulatory submissions, and initial commercialization phases. This role is pivotal in building long-term, recurring relationships with investors to support our scalable holding company structure.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute investor outreach strategies, targeting funds and capital groups interested in healthcare, biotech, and emerging markets in GCC/MENA.


• Prepare compelling pitch materials, including teasers, decks, and financial models, highlighting our assets' value, regional unmet needs, and proven international data/RWE.


• Negotiate funding terms, such as equity (up to 39% in asset-specific companies), debt-equity hybrids, or other creative structures.


• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential investors, fostering relationships for repeat deals across multiple assets.


• Collaborate with internal teams on due diligence, regulatory insights, and commercialization plans to strengthen investor presentations.


• Track market trends in GCC/MENA healthcare to identify synergies and investment opportunities.


• Achieve fundraising goals to enable asset acquisition and regional expansion.

Qualifications:


• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development within healthcare, biotech, pharma, or venture capital.


• Proven track record of closing deals in the $10-45M range, with expertise in equity, debt, and hybrid financing models.


• Strong network in GCC/MENA investment communities, including sovereign wealth funds, VCs, and family offices.


• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, regulatory processes, and RWE in emerging markets.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex models to diverse stakeholders.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.


• Passion for addressing unmet medical needs in GCC/MENA populations through innovative bridging strategies.
